Re Shaping

I was at the Kaiser Safety Fair in Livermore today and I met a great woman who helped set up the fair. She is part of the Safety team for the campus. She mentioned she wanted to get ride of the love handles she developed after having three children. They are two, five and seven. And, she works full time. They moved out to the valley, about an hour away from the campus so the kids would have more personal attention at school and a better lifestyle.

I can’t imagine how she keeps up with all the demands on her life, let alone try to make the time to stay in shape. In fact, I truly don’t know how women have children and careers and find tine to take care of themselves so they have enough energy to give back to their families.

I told her how the Body Suit has reshaped my entire torso by three inches off each measurement. My rib cage is now the same measurement as it was when I was 35 years old. I think that’s amazing.

I love finding things that truly work. I’ve tried many things that don’t work and I also tell everyone when the don’t work.

HCG

I heard about the difference between HCG capsules and liquid, so I thought I’d try it for myself, as I do with everything I hear about. What I’ve found out about the majority of products is that a great product doesn’t work for every body exactly the same.

If you have had any experience with a major illness, your body will not respond the same as someone who has been healthy the majority of their life. If you have a high metabolism, your reaction will be faster than those who don’t have high metabolism.

The problem with trying everything is you never know whether a product will set you back on the progress you’ve made.

About two years ago I tried Isogenics. I used the health bars and the shakes. They were recommended by a good friend and I didn’t muscle test them because I trusted her recommendation.

Four months later I was experiencing symptoms from Epstein Bar Virus. At first I assumed I was just tired and then it dawned on me I had backslid into the overwhelming tiredness. Eventually my liver failed as it had four years before. I immediately stopped using the products and it took me about a year to overcome the reaction.

So, muscle test everything. If you don’t know how to muscle test, one of the easiest ways is to rub your finger tips on material to take away any residue from moisture or from touching anything with chemicals.

Then gently rub your three middle fingers up and down and say your name out loud. The feeling on your fingertips should be silky smooth. Then say your name is Shawn or any other name that is not yours. There will be a slight drag or roughness, that is your equivalent to a “no”. Now you have a reaction to compare to ask questions.

“Should you take this product?” If you get a smooth reaction, your body will respond well.

“How many should I take?” While counting 1, 2 3 etc. you fingers will get rough or have friction when it is too many.
